Code of Conduct and Good Practices
Saks Global Agente de Valores S.A., Institución BCU Nº 2391 – RUT 215230830014 (hereinafter “Saks Global”) is a securities intermediary supervised by the Central Bank of Uruguay. Its mission is to preserve the integrity and reputation of the company by complying with the regulations of the Eastern Republic of Uruguay, as well as those of the markets in which it operates.
Regarding the relationship with Clients, Saks Global has adopted the following Code of Conduct and Good Practices with the objective of stipulating a framework of general principles and values, as well as standards of behavior that are expected to be met by all members of the organization, including Senior Staff
