If you have asked a question or raised a problem with the account manager or another Saks Global employee, without receiving a satisfactory response, you may file a complaint or grievance with the Saks Global Complaints Department.
To file a complaint or claim with the Claims Handling Department, you must contact Saks Global as indicated in the claims handling regulations that can be found here.
The complaint must be sent by email to [email protected]
If the client is not satisfied with the response of the Complaints Department to their complaint or has not obtained a response to it, they can present it directly to the Superintendence of Financial Services of the Central Bank of Uruguay.
